Welcome to the Ginger Allure Society!

 By enrolling in a Ginger Allure MedSpa membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Duration & Billing

• Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and require a 3-month minimum commitment.
• Billing will occur automatically on the same date each month via the payment method on file.

Non-Transferable

• Memberships and their associated benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Membership Perks

• Membership includes exclusive pricing on select treatments, skincare, and services as outlined at the time of enrollment.
• Benefits may not be carried over from month to month.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Memberships may be canceled after the 3-month minimum term with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing date.
• Early cancellation may result in the reversal of any discounts or perks received during the commitment period.
   

Appointment Policies

• Late arrivals or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of monthly perks or services.
• Rescheduling must be made within our standard cancellation window (24 hours) to retain benefit eligibility.
   

Exclusions

• Membership pricing cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, packages, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
• Gift cards, pre-paid services, and third-party financing (e.g., Cherry) may not be used for monthly dues.
   

Changes to Membership Terms

• Ginger Allure MedSpa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, perks, or terms with 30 days’ notice.
   

Medical Eligibility

• All treatments are subject to medical provider approval. Ineligible services due to medical reasons will not be refunded but may be exchanged for approved alternatives where applicable.
