Clients are required to provide card information to book appointments. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
- Late Policy: Please keep in mind, Ginger Allure MedSpa values your business and your time. If you are running behind, please call/text/email our office. In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment is subject to being cancelled and a reschedule fee may apply. Please note this is to ensure each patient has their honored appointment time with their technician.
- Cancellation Policy: Ginger Allure MedSpa understands life happens. However, a 24-hour appointment notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. If you do not arrive to your appointment after the 10 minute window (without contacting our office) you can reschedule, however, a fee will be charged to your card held on file. All injectable appointments will incur a flat-rate fee of $50 in the event of a no-show/cancellation less than 24 hours. All laser/aesthetics appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment scheduled for (treatments priced at less than $100 will be charged a flat-rate fee of $50) in the event of a no-show/ cancellation less than 24 hours. Our consultations are complementary, however no-show/cancellations less than 24hours will be charged a flat-rate fee of $50 as well.
