Your technician will begin by consulting with you to determine the primary area of concern and best treatment options before starting your procedure. We’ll review your medical history to ensure you are a candidate for IPL. In order to track the progress of the targeted area, we’ll take photos of the area of treatment. Your expert technician will then clean the treatment area, and begin the IPL procedure. The procedure duration is dependent on the size of the area being treated, but most patients can expect to be in the office for 30 minutes to 1 hour on average. This treatment has little to no down time, and regular activity may be resumed the following day.
