Your visit to our office should be a peaceful break in your day, and we ask that you help maintain the peace by placing your cell phone on silent or airplane mode while in our office.

How we Communicate with You

We may use your email address and your cell phone number to communicate with you.

We may email and/or text reminders about upcoming appointments or notifications of events or special offers.

In return, you may text us with questions, concerns, or even text a picture of your treatment area. This text should not be used for emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. Our text number is: (512)709-0161.

Financial Policies

Flexible Payment Options: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as well as Cherry Financing. Payment is due at the time of service.

Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations: Patients are required to provide card information to book appointments.  We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. 

Late Policy: Please keep in mind, Ginger Allure MedSpa values your business and your time. If you are running behind, please call/text/email our office. In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment is subject to being cancelled and a reschedule fee may apply. Please note this is to ensure each patient has their honored appointment time with their technician.

Cancellation Policy: Ginger Allure MedSpa understands life happens. However, a 24-hour appointment notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. If you do not arrive to your appointment after the 10 minute window (without contacting our office) you can reschedule, however, a fee will be charged to your card held on file. All injectable appointments will incur a flat-rate fee of $50 in the event of a no-show/cancellation less than 24 hours. All laser/aesthetics appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment scheduled for (treatments priced at less than $100 will be charged a flat-rate fee of $50) in the event of a no-show/ cancellation less than 24 hours. Our consultations are complementary, however no-show/cancellations less than 24hours will be charged a flat-rate fee of $50 as well. Again, we're understanding and are here to help, so please give us a call, text, or an e-mail regarding scheduling conflicts so we can work with you the best way possible.

Prepaid services: Must be used within 1 year of purchase. Unused services may be refunded at our discretion, however, any services already received will be repriced without the package discount before the refund.

Promotions: Unless specifically stated, our promotions and/or special pricing may not be combined with other promotional offers. Please present any promotions/special pricing at the time of service; price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services.

Quoted Prices: We will honor the pricing on a quote through the expiration date on that quote. Otherwise, our prices are subject to change at any time.

Refunds: All sales on products and service from Ginger Allure MedSpa are final. Ginger Allure MedSpa reserves the right to accept or deny all claims made for refunds, and exchanges. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, a claim must be sent to manager@gingerallure.com no more than 7 days after receiving product. Once your claim is reviewed, you will be notified whether you meet the criteria for the refund or exchange. In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted. Approval is based situationally and is subject to vary by claim.

You Must Participate for the Best Outcomes

Follow our Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment Instructions: We've developed these recommendations so that you will have the best outcome possible. To yield the best results from your treatments, we ask that you honor the pre- and post-treatment instructions. Failing to do so may result in a less than satisfactory outcome.

Treatment Outcomes Vary: Our goal is to give you, prior to receiving treatment, all the information you need to make an informed decision. Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science, and your body may react in unexpected ways. We will provide you with the very best care, always keeping your aesthetic goals in mind. If you have a treatment outcome that is not what you expected, please make an appointment to come in and discuss your options.
